With over 30 years of global experience in Oil and Gas Crisis and Emergency Management, Dr Willaim Lindsay Lavery is a well-known and respected authority on the international scene, having consulted with multiple major corporations. Lindsay brings this wealth of knowledge to Transform Training and oversees the development of the courses and additional offerings such as NEBOSH and IOSH, leveraging his vast expertise.

Throughout his career, Lindsay has held numerous high-responsibility roles. In recent years he oversaw the upgrade of response legislation and infrastructure for a major Middle East corporation, chaired the Covid Response committee, and served on high-profile committees contributing to national emergency response frameworks.

As a Special Advisor, he has coordinated with national security teams to update security response protocols and develop safe havens, ensuring workforce safety. His roles as an Emergency Response Advisor, Health & Safety Advisor, Fire Officer, Research Doctor, and Academic have further solidified his expertise in crisis management, health and safety protocols, and professional development. Lindsay has developed comprehensive health and safety management systems, conducted extensive training programs, and published numerous journal papers and symposia presentations.
