Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward, providing clarity on your options.

1. Cancellation and Full Refund
Eligibility for Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrolment within 7 days of the purchase date and before you have commenced the program of study.
Commencement of Program: The program is considered commenced when you have accessed any of the course materials, participated in any course-related activities, or engaged in any training sessions.

2. Cancellation After Commencement of Study Program
Partial Refund: If you have commenced the study program, any refund will be based on your activity on the site during this period. This includes accessing course materials, participating in training sessions, or any other interaction with the program.
Discretionary Refund: Refunds in this case are at the discretion of Transform Training. We will assess your activity and engagement level to determine the appropriate refund amount.
Maximum Refund: The maximum refund available in such cases will not exceed 50% of the total course costs.

3. Refund Request Process
How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at admin@transformintlgroup.training with your purchase details and the reason for cancellation.
Refund Evaluation: Our team will review your request and your activity on the site to determine your eligibility for a refund and the applicable amount.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 21 business days of approval. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if the request is made after the completion of the program.
Refunds will not be issued if you have violated our terms of service or engaged in any fraudulent activities.
Refunds will not be issued once 14 days have passed since you entered the program and have commenced any online study activities.

5. Amendments to Policy
Transform Training reserves the right to amend this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all purchases made after the date of posting.
